The inn is not exactly big. Reservation is also recommended here during the week. The food is excellent as you know it from a good Black Forest kitchen. Here they eat like in a big cozy room. Very family. The landlady still serves them here. We felt very comfortable and we will definitely come again. Because such a good meal with a large selection of fine menus at a hammer price has five stars ? earned ??

Excellent restaurant and hotel. The food is consistently good and of very high quality. When in season, order the venison. It is exquisite. The service is prompt and friendly. Overall outstanding.

We were on 27.02.2016 at 11.15 clock to eat in the Gastof wreath. We were the first guests who wanted something to eat. Guests 15-20 min. came after us could eat first. We were the last to get the food. We sat there as ordered and not picked up. No apology for 45 min. Waiting period. The only statement from the service was, so now they get something else. My wife's potato gratin was not good and my entrecot was not medium as requested. There are a lot of things wrong with this kitchen. Our rating: Not recommended.
